Ariadne, Theseus, King Minos and the Minotaur have two things in common: they are directly connected to a labyrinth and were located together with it on Crete.

Since then, many things have changed on Crete.

There is no longer a king, and instead of minotaurs, you more often meet sheep, goats and, if luck is on your side, donkeys and pigs from time to time.

But one thing is still like in the good old times: Crete remains a labyrinth.

As diverse as the number of hiking trails to be discovered, as great is the possibility of getting lost. Of course, well-researched hiking maps, GPS devices and all kinds of other modern technology help you to always arrive at your preferred destination.

But for those of you who would like to have an experienced hiking companion with you, we are your red thread in the Cretan labyrinth.
